Damages and issues 

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund policy

  • Damaged or Defective Jewelry: If your jewelry arrives damaged or breaks within 30 days of delivery while following the provided care instructions, you are eligible for a full refund of the item’s cost. 
  • Incorrect Size: If your jewelry is too small or too large, you may request a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Other Damages: Jewelry that tarnishes, breaks, or is otherwise damaged after 30 days is not eligible for a refund. Each piece comes with care instructions that should be followed to maintain its quality.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us here.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is returned damaged or does not comply with these policies.

Exchange policy

If your bracelet or ring is too big or too small, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the correct size within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the original item, we will process and ship the replacement.

All items must be unworn and returned in their original condition. For sizing questions before ordering, please consult our size guide or contact us—we’re happy to help ensure the perfect fit.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned item is damaged.

Refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our policies may be denied.
