1. How can I find my bracelet size?
Please refer to the size guide before placing your bracelet order. We recommend measuring your wrist before ordering. Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string, wrap it around comfortably, and measure the length. For bracelets, a slightly looser fit can be achieved by sizing up. Check our size guide page for detailed instructions.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier, especially during holidays or peak seasons.

3. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
If your bracelet or ring is the wrong size, you can exchange it for the correct size within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are available for items damaged upon delivery or broken within 30 days while following care instructions. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.

4. How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid water, chemicals, and excessive heat. Store pieces in a dry place, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and avoid pulling or bending delicate parts. Each piece comes with care instructions for reference.

5. Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes! Our pieces are designed for everyday wear. Just remember to remove them before swimming, showering, exercising or doing activities that could cause damage.

6. Are your materials hypoallergenic?
All of our jewelry is made from materials that are lead and nickel free. Materials range from gold-plated over a brass-based metal mix, gold-filled over 925 sterling silver, gold-plated stainless steel, and silver stainless steel. These materials are generally safe for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, please check the product description or contact us for details.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us within the 24-hour window for assistance. After that, items are processed for shipping and cannot be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

8. Do you offer local pickup or gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Southport, Connecticut, and can include gift wrapping upon request. Simply select the option at checkout or contact us for special arrangements. We also offer local delivery within Southport, Fairfield, and Westport.
